Overview
Our blood orange essential oil comes from Italy and is delightful! It has that traditional bright citrusy scent of oranges with a little ooommph. Our blood orange essential has a deep orange/reddish color, so do be careful using it around fabrics as it can stain, which is how you know you are getting the good stuff! Like all citrus oils, blood orange is antimicrobial, uplifting, and also extremely helpful for anxiety due to its high aldehyde content. Orange essential oil is a great additive for natural household cleansers, not only as an effective disinfectant, but it fills the air with such a joyful scent that cleaning doesn’t seem like such a chore anymore!

Blends well with:
citrus oils, geranium, vanilla, conifer oils, sweet birch, frankincense, lavender

Safety Information:
Dilute to appropriate concentration (2.5-4%) in a suitable carrier oil. Phototoxicity may occur at higher concentrations. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. Do not apply before direct sunlight exposure. Patch test skin before application to test skin sensitivity. If any irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use. If pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before use.
